The active listening strategy includes a welcome, division into small groups, the use of interactive tools such as Mentimeter, and a round table on diversity in STEAM. The closing of the event will highlight the main insights and establish an action plan, with an emphasis on including diverse perspectives and continuously promoting dialogue between participants.

Cerne 2025 Model Workshop

The “Cerne Model 2025” workshop aims to compile the suggestions for improving the Cerne model made at the workshops of the last two Anprotec Conferences and present the result of the work of the Technical Committee dedicated to updating the model.
The Reference Center for Supporting New Ventures (CERNE) is a platform that aims to improve the results of innovation environments. The model is structured into four levels of maturity and integrates the best management practices for generating innovative ventures. Since its creation, 149 organizations have been certified, and more than 690 managers were trained between 2020 and 2023.
Objectives:
– Compilation of suggestions: To gather and discuss the suggestions for improving the Cerne model made at the workshops of previous Anprotec Conferences.
– Presentation of Updates: Present the results of the Technical Committee’s work to update the Cerne model.
– Best Practices Discussion: Explore best practices and strategies for the effective implementation and management of innovation environments using the Cerne model.
