Sheila Oliveira Pires is a professional with nearly 30 years of experience in innovation, entrepreneurship, and public policies in science and technology. Currently, she serves as Advisor to the Planning and Management Board at Embrapii. She was Director of the Department of Support for Innovation Ecosystems at the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MCTI). She also served as Undersecretary of Science, Technology and Innovation for the Government of Goiás and Executive Superintendent of ANPROTEC for 19 years. Sheila serves on various strategic councils and committees, such as the National Impact Economy Strategy (Enimpacto), among others. With strong involvement in international projects, she received the Araucária Trophy – Women in Brazilian Innovation. With a degree in Business Administration, Sheila holds specializations in Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, and Innovation Habitat Management, as well as a Master’s degree in Information Science from Université Aix-Marseille III, France.
