The proposal aims to explore the principles of collaborative leadership applied to innovation ecosystems. Through a practical and interactive approach, it will lead participants to reflect on leadership styles, collective engagement mechanisms, trust-building, and relational intelligence. The agenda will include strategies to facilitate connections between people, enhance ideas, and align efforts towards shared results. Tools, group dynamics, case studies, and other resources will be used to support co-creation and collaborative governance in environments such as incubators, technology parks, hubs, and other innovation spaces.
