Juliano Brustolin is an entrepreneur and marketing specialist who has been working in the startup ecosystem since 2018. Co-founder of Pila Multi Benefits, Brazil’s first 100% digital benefits solution, recognized among the 1,000 most innovative startups in the country by Sebrae Startups and highlighted at Startup Summit in Florianópolis 2024, he is an active participant in the regional innovation ecosystem. He is also a partner at Codeflow and was responsible for the first open innovation project in partnership with Unimed Cascavel and Unioeste. With experience in strategy, sales, and scalability, Juliano’s mission is to transform the corporate benefits market with digital, sustainable solutions that create positive impact for companies and employees.
