Graduated in Data Processing Technology from the Federal Technological University of Paraná (UTFPR), holds a specialization in Information Management from FAE and a master’s degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR). He was the founder and coordinator of the Information Systems course at Mater Dei College for over 20 years. Professor at UTFPR for 31 years. Has more than 30 years of experience in the field, being one of the pioneers in actions aimed at mobilizing the technology sector in Pato Branco and region, having worked voluntarily for this cause for many years. Served as CEO of Cilla Tech Park and as Director of the Executive Committee of Vale do Genoma in Guarapuava. Currently Mayor of Pato Branco. Helped establish the Department of Science, Technology and Innovation, the first of its kind in a municipality in the state of Paraná, where he served from 2013 to 2020, mostly as secretary. Worked on the implementation and consolidation of the Pato Branco Technology Park – One of the creators and managers of INVENTUM. As a professional and teacher in the technology field, he has always developed projects and actions aimed at integrating the sector to meet people’s needs, focusing on generating opportunities. To achieve this, he has always been an articulator for companies, entities, educational institutions, and public structures to strengthen the technology sector in the region through the union of their own competencies. He assisted in various course completion projects that eventually became technology companies in Pato Branco and the southwestern region of Paraná.
