Professor Paulo Henrique Leme is the Director of Innovation and Technology at the Pro-Rectory of Research and Innovation (DINTEC/PRPI) at the Federal University of Lavras (UFLA). He works in the Department of Administration and Economics at the Federal University of Lavras (DAE/FCSA/UFLA) in the areas of marketing, entrepreneurship, and innovation. He is a professor in the Graduate Program in Administration (PPGA/UFLA) focusing on strategic marketing. Coordinator of Agritech UFLA – Center for Studies in Market and Technologies in Agribusiness, acting as Principal Researcher in the Digital Sowing Project funded by FAPESP in the areas of traceability, certification, and socioeconomics. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from UFLA, with an emphasis on Marketing, Strategy, and Innovation, and a Master’s in Business Administration from the same institution, focusing on Dynamics and Management of Production Chains. Paulo Henrique is an Agronomist and Business Administrator, with over 15 years of experience as a Researcher and Consultant in the area of Market Studies and Market Construction in agribusiness innovation. He analyzes sustainable certifications (from the third sector and public), quality, and origin in agribusiness, with special attention to the construction of markets for special and differentiated products, especially in agribusiness. He was the Coordinator of the Embrapii Zetta/UFLA Digital Agriculture Hub from 2021 to 2025. In 2020, he was the Coordinator of the Agricultural Observatory Project (TED with MAPA) and since 2022 he has coordinated the UFLA-VALE Project, which analyzes socioeconomic, biotic, and physical aspects related to sociotechnical disasters.
