He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Mackenzie University, a specialization in political science from the University of Brasília, and a master’s degree in development studies from the University of Sussex, United Kingdom. He has worked at IBM Brazil, Amcham Brazil, CNPq, Fraunhofer IPK, and the Ministry of Development, Industry and Commerce (MDIC), where he is a career civil servant and served as Director of Innovative Technologies. He is currently seconded to EMBRAPII, where he serves as Market Relations Manager.
