Manager of tax incentive programs for the Paraná State Government and Creator of the Paraná Competitive Program in the Paraná Government (2011 to 2018). Founding member and Coordinator of the Paraná System of Technology Parks (Separtec+). World Bank Focal Point in Paraná for the implementation of the Subnational Doing Business Brazil Project. Has experience in tax planning for investment projects focused on implementation, expansion, modernization and innovation of enterprises, internalization of production in the national market; public sector economics; regional economic development; public finance; results-oriented public planning and management and quality in public services; innovation ecosystems. Author of the Tax Regime Model for Paraná Microenterprises focused on the National Simple Tax Regime and acted as interlocutor for the Paraná Government in Fiscal Management Studies at the State Fiscal Forum in Brasília. Project Manager for the Development and Implementation of the Single and Integrated System for Budget Execution, Financial Administration and Control (SIAFIC/PR).
