Graduated in Data Processing Technology from Tiradentes University and in Computer Science from the Federal University of Sergipe, with a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Pernambuco. He has served as Director of Information Technology, professor, and pro-rector of undergraduate studies at Tiradentes University, Director of Competitive Intelligence at Grupo Tiradentes, BETT Advisor, and Vice President of Strategy, Technology and Innovation. Currently, he is a founding member of the Association of IT Managers of the State of Sergipe (CIO-SE), Coordinator/member of the Innovation Ecosystem Governance – Greater Aracaju, Member of the Innovation Working Group of the Government of Sergipe, Coordinator of MetaRed Brazil/Cybersecurity, member of the Lemann Foundation Leaders Network, Member of the Strategy and Innovation Committee of Grupo Tiradentes, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tiradentes Innovation Center. He has participated in international missions to explore global innovation ecosystems, such as those in Tampere (Finland), London (England), Lisbon (Portugal), Santiago (Chile), Silicon Valley and Boston (USA), Recife-São Paulo, Florianópolis and Porto Alegre (Brazil)
