Economist, Master in Public Administration from the Getulio Vargas Foundation. He was admitted to Financiadora de Estudos e Projetos – Finep in 2002, through a public tender, and at Finep he has held the position of manager of the Department of Information and Communication Technology, was Operational Superintendent, Planning Superintendent and, currently, holds the position of Superintendent of the Applied Research and Technological Development Area (APDT). He represented Finep on several councils in the Federal Government, among which the Management Council of the Fund for the Technological Development of Telecommunications – FUNTTEL, and the Information Technology Area Committee (CATI) stand out.
