Maíra Nobre de Castro, with a degree in Pedagogy and a Master’s in Public Policy Evaluation from UFC, is the current Coordinator of the IFCE Business Incubator. Since 2010 at IFCE, she has held leadership positions, including Head of the Department of Business and Academic Relations, as well as General Director of IFCE Aracati Campus. Maíra is known for her work in entrepreneurship and innovation, coordinating projects such as “Entrepreneurial Training Practices” and “Solidarity Economy” at IFCE, in addition to acting as a Multiplier for the “Ela Pode” Program of the Rede Mulher Empreendedora Institute, in partnership with Google, and being a member of the IFCE Superior and Curatorial Council.
