Administrator with an MBA in Project Management and specialization in Innovation and Digital Transformation. Master’s candidate in Intellectual Property, Technology Transfer for Innovation. Experienced in project management, corporate innovation, and technology in the Health and Agriculture sectors, as well as development programs such as the Good Law. Currently, she is an Innovation Specialist at Bahia Technology Park, where she leads strategic initiatives to boost entrepreneurship, connect companies to the innovation ecosystem, and foster institutional partnerships. She also works as a consultant and mentor for startups, impact businesses, and bioeconomy, promoting a culture of purposeful innovation and technological and social transformation.
