Planning and Research Technician at the Institute of Applied Economic Research, IPEA, assigned to the Directorate of Sectoral Studies and Policies, Innovation, Regulation and Infrastructure (Diset). Master’s and Doctorate in Economics, with emphasis on Regional and Urban Economics, from the Federal University of Minas Gerais – UFMG and Bachelor’s in Economic Sciences from the Federal University of Viçosa. He was an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Economics and the Graduate Program in Economics at the Federal University of Viçosa and a Substitute Professor in the Department of Economics at UFMG.
