Access the Registration Policy*
The registration fee includes participation in all event activities. The first 800 registrants will also have the closing dinner included in the registration fee. After payment confirmation, the participant will receive a link to choose the activities they wish to attend. Please pay attention to the registered email, as some activities have a limited number of spots. Online registrations can be made until October 1, 2025; after this period, registrations will only be accepted at the event venue. The discount for paper presenters is valid only for the author responsible for the presentation and does not extend to co-authors.
