A vota\u00e7\u00e3o acontece em 15 de dezembro, durante a 38\u00aa Assembleia Geral da associa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Anprotec publicou nesta sexta-feira (16) o Edital de Elei\u00e7\u00e3o do Conselho Fiscal para o mandato 2027-2029. Associados interessados em indicar representantes para o \u00f3rg\u00e3o podem enviar as inscri\u00e7\u00f5es at\u00e9 as 23h59 de 31 de outubro de 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A elei\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 presencial, em 15 de dezembro de 2026, durante a 38\u00aa Assembleia Geral Ordin\u00e1ria e Extraordin\u00e1ria da Anprotec. Os seis candidatos mais votados ser\u00e3o eleitos: os tr\u00eas primeiros assumem como conselheiros titulares e os tr\u00eas seguintes como suplentes. O mandato tem tr\u00eas anos e come\u00e7a em 1\u00ba de janeiro de 2027.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O processo \u00e9 conduzido por uma Comiss\u00e3o de Elei\u00e7\u00e3o, que tamb\u00e9m coordena a elei\u00e7\u00e3o da Diretoria Anprotec 2027 \u2013 29.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Quem pode se candidatar<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podem concorrer pessoas indicadas por Associados Titulares (ou os pr\u00f3prios Associados Titulares, no caso de pessoa f\u00edsica) que atendam a todos estes requisitos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">estar adimplente com todas as contribui\u00e7\u00f5es anuais, inclusive a de 2026. Ter um parcelamento em andamento n\u00e3o regulariza a situa\u00e7\u00e3o enquanto houver parcela em aberto;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ter o cadastro atualizado junto \u00e0 Anprotec, com a composi\u00e7\u00e3o do corpo diretivo e os representantes titular e suplentes informados;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ter completado um ano desde o pagamento da primeira contribui\u00e7\u00e3o anual ap\u00f3s a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do ingresso;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ter experi\u00eancia comprovada em uma destas \u00e1reas: cont\u00e1bil, fiscal, jur\u00eddica ou auditoria financeira.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Membros da Diretoria n\u00e3o podem ser eleitos para o Conselho Fiscal.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>Como se inscrever<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A inscri\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 feita somente por e-mail, para <a href=\"mailto:associado@anprotec.org.br\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">associado@anprotec.org.br<\/a>, usando o formul\u00e1rio do Anexo C do edital. \u00c9 preciso anexar:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">carta de autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o assinada pelo representante legal do associado (modelo no Anexo B);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">documentos que comprovem o v\u00ednculo do candidato com o associado, como CTPS, contrato de presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os ou ata de elei\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">curr\u00edculo resumido e\/ou diploma que comprove a experi\u00eancia exigida.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e3o ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel enviar documentos depois.
