Essas propostas podem abranger impactos tanto na \u00e1rea educacional quanto profissional das mulheres que atuam com <\/span><b>STEM (Ci\u00eancia, Tecnologia, Engenharia e Matem\u00e1tica)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podem participar empreendedores e empreendedoras com neg\u00f3cios inovadores com potencial de gerar impacto na vida acad\u00eamica e profissional das mulheres.\u00a0 Entre as <\/span><b>\u00e1reas de atua\u00e7\u00e3o esperadas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pelo desafio, est\u00e3o: forma\u00e7\u00e3o educacional, empreendedorismo feminino, desenvolvimento profissional, acesso ao ensino superior e inser\u00e7\u00e3o no mercado de trabalho.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O programa \u00e9 100% gratuito e ir\u00e1 apoiar a inser\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos-piloto no mercado, que fortale\u00e7am a presen\u00e7a feminina.
