She currently coordinates the Open Innovation Cell at P\u00f3len \u2013 the Public Management Innovation Lab at ENSP-FIOCRUZ. She stands out in scientific innovation, leading projects recognized with the 4th Conex\u00e3o Inova Award (2024) and the 5th Conex\u00e3o Inova Award (2025). She serves as a mentor and project evaluator.
