Originally from the interior of Paran\u00e1, he graduated in Pharmacy from the State University of Maring\u00e1 (UEM) and completed his master&#8217;s and doctoral degrees at INPL in France, as well as an Executive MBA from Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Get\u00falio Vargas (FGV). A visionary, in 2016, he conceived Biopark, a science and technology park in Toledo (PR), which integrates education, research, business, technology park, and health to drive regional development.
